New Schedules, Stop Locations, and Bus Tracker App this Fall

As we embark on a new academic year, please familiarize yourselves with the new schedules (linked below) and be sure to download the TripShot app, which will replace Passio Go! this Fall.

New Bus Tracking App (replacing Passio Go!)

Now you can use the TripShot app to track bus locations in real time and stay up to date with service announcements. TripShot also offers a trip planning feature and the ability to favorite your most-used routes, stops, and trips for easy access. Learn more and download the app

Academic Year Shuttle Schedules

The Intercampus Shuttle travels between Columbia's Morningside, Manhattanville, and Medical Center campuses. It also provides connections with MTA stops and the Metro North. 

The Lamont Shuttle connects Morningside campus with the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory campus. 

The Manhattanville Loop Shuttle provides direct transportation between the Morningside and Manhattanville campuses. 

Updates to Stop Locations

Some shuttle stop locations have been adjusted to comply with NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, most notably the north-bound 116th Street stop.

Intercampus Shuttle

Eliminated stops:

  • Stude N
  • Stude S

Relocated stops:

  • 116 N — now at Broadway & W 116 St. M4/M104 stop
  • JLG S — now Forum S
  • JLG N — now 131 N

Renamed stops (in same location):

  • Nash N — now 133 N
  • Nash S — now 133 S

Manhattanville Loop Shuttle

Eliminated/consolidated stops:

  • 132 S and Stude S — use 133 S or Forum

Relocated stops:

  • Sm. Square — now Forum
  • JLG S — now Forum

Fort Lee Shuttle 

Relocated stop:

  • 169 - Now all pickups and drop-offs for CUMIC are at Broadway & W 170 St. (M5/M5 select stop) *Effective 9/22 this will shift to 167th Street.*
  • GWB to FT. Lee - Now Fort Washington Avenue between W 175 St. and W 176 St. (M4/M4 select stop)

Evening Shuttle (Via) Start Time Moves to 6 P.M. September 1

The Evening Shuttle service, run in partnership with Public Safety and powered by Via, starts at different times depending on the season. On September 1, the service will begin at 6:00 p.m. and run until 3:00 a.m. View a full calendar of monthly service start times.

Fort Lee Shuttle 

The Fort Lee Shuttle is a Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) service that connects Columbia’s Medical Center in Washington Heights to Fort Lee, New Jersey. This shuttle will have a $3 fare per trip to offset operating costs, which is expected to go into effect in the coming months.
