Columbia provides the following incentives to reduce travel-related emissions and cut down on traffic congestion. These resources are intended to help affiliates access the campus in a sustainable, healthy, and stress-free way.
Enroll in the Thruway Green Pass Discount Plan and receive a 10% discount on all NY-NJ state-line crossings and Thruway tolls for Hybrid-specific emissions outlined on the Thruway Authority's website. All Green Passes for low-emission vehicles can be arranged by contacting E-ZPass New York online or by phone at 1-800-333-TOLL.
