Beginning Saturday, November 1, Evening Shuttle service will begin at 4:00 P.M. for the winter season. Corner-to-corner service will run from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. and door-to-door service will run from 8:00 P.M. – 3:00 A.M.

We’d also like to remind you to adhere to the following service parameters.
1) Schedule your trips carefully. We’ve seen an increase in the number of cancellations, “not accepted,” and “no-shows” this semester. Be mindful of the impact these have on other riders who may be waiting outside and/or alone, especially during the late-night hours.
Please be aware that when you choose to book a ride in the Evening Shuttle app and then cancel while the driver is en route to your pickup location, it negatively impacts wait times across the service. This is also true when you request a ride, do not accept a proposed option, and leave the ride pending in the app. As you might imagine, no-shows are even more detrimental to the efficient function of a transportation network. In short, not accepted proposals, no-shows, and cancellations all lead to higher ETAs across the service.
2) Riders must show their Columbia University ID card to the driver before boarding the shuttle. This is to ensure the safety of both the driver and the other passenger(s) in the car.
We ask that you be considerate of your fellow passengers and follow these service protocols. It will contribute to a safer, more convenient service for everyone, and decrease wait times for the service.
