MTA Planned Service Changes for the Weekends: Aug 16-19 and Aug 23-26
Over the weekends August 16-19 and August 23-26 there will be no trains at 1, 2, 3 stations between Harlem and Downtown Brooklyn.

Last replaced in 1990, the track switches between the local and express tracks at 96th Street on the 1, 2, 3 are at the end of their useful life and must be replaced. The MTA cannot run service through the area while they replace these switches. The MTA will also use the outage to perform maintenance work along the entire line.
