The Forum is equipped with five vertical bike parking spaces. The bike room is located on the concourse level and is secured by CUID swipe access. Due to building access requirements and space limitations, The Forum bike room is only available to Columbia employees with offices at The Forum.
The Forum’s bike room is not for long-term bike storage and is reserved for bicycle commuters only. Registering your bicycle with Public Safety is required before requesting access to The Forum bike room
Follow these steps to gain access to The Forum’s bike room:
- Set up an appointment to get your bike registered by calling Public Safety at 212-854-8513.
- Take your bike to Public Safety for engraving and registration.
- Request bike room access via e-mail and include your bike’s registration code: [email protected]
Access will be granted for 6-month time frames based on the Columbia fiscal year (July 1 – December 31/January 1 – June 30). Employees must register each December and June for continued access to The Forum bike room.
