Outdoor Parking for Bikes and Scooters
Outdoor bike parking bollards and racks have been placed across Columbia’s campuses to make it convenient to secure your bicycle or scooter while on the go. Unfortunately, due to campus needs and space constraints, it’s not always possible to find a vacant parking location that’s right outside your building. Cyclists and scooter users should be comfortable with walking one or two blocks to a vacant parking area. Bikes and scooter should not be secured to railings or trees; railings need to be kept clear to provide universal access for all users.
